Dear All,
 
I have configured the POP3 Account from the Admin
 
So if I send a mail to otrs@mydomin.com that should be converted as a ticket
 
When I send a mail ticket is not being created
 
The POP3 account is open for all there is not restriction
 
When I checked the logs it says   Fetch mail{116}..Auth failed for the following users
 
So any one tell me the exact procedure for POP3 to work properly
 
I refered the OTRS guide for the same...
 
But not working for me...
 
Any one try to help me out
