Hi,

I’ve Upgraded my OTRS to 2.4.7 version but when a try to call my customer users login page I obtain this error message:

Software error:

Can't locate Authen/Radius.pm in @INC (@INC contains: ../../ C:/Program Files/OTRS/OTRS/bin/cgi-bin/../../Kernel/cpan-lib C:/Program Files/OTRS/OTRS/bin/cgi-bin/../.. For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster@somenet.com), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

In C:\Program Files\OTRS\OTRS\Kernel\System\CustomerAuth\Radius.pm I’ve added:

use lib 'C:\Perl\site\lib\Authen';

but it doesn’t work.

With the previous version (2.3.4) it worked
