I have
installed the OTRS (windows base). I have created queues and postmaster mail
account, the postmaster mail account “support” was a email group in
active directory, and my account “userabc” was a member in this
group. When the email comes, the OTRS Notification Master send new ticket
notification email to my account without any problem. I just see this email
once only. Ten minutes later I received another email from OTRS Notification
Master, the subject like this
[Ticket #200902130000035] You got follow up!....... Another
ten minutes, I have received the new email came to my mailbox, the subject [Ticket
#200902130000035] You got follow up! Is there any settings to get rid of those
notification of follow up?
I have
another question, I saw follow up option in “Queue management”? I
don’t know what’s that use for “new ticket”, “possible”
and “reject”. I have no idea of three of those. Please help me if
you know how it goes! Thanks!
