We were running OTRS successfully for quite some time, when we started getting the following error: "Software error: No space left on device at /usr/local/www/secure/otrs/Kernel/System/Log.pm line 93. For help, please send mail to the webmaster (http-admin@1fast.us), giving this error message and the time and date of the error." No cron jobs will run, nor can we access anything in OTRS without triggering this error. An attempt to provide a new installation of OTRS also failed; the same error message occurs when trying to run installer.pl, or when running anything from the command line.
