Yeah, I did it and connection established. You can see the result:

otrs# telnet mail.xxx.com 995
Trying xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx...
Connected to mail.xxx.com.
Escape character is '^]'.


Also, I can connect to mail server with 25 port and send email properly. But OTRS cannot send and receive email :(
