Hello, today I had strange situtation - my exagent who's OTRS username is set to invalid, got two follow-ups. Howcome? I don't want to delete username, since I'd delete ticket-owner relations with that too. Please help. P.S. We are still using OTRS v1.1.3 TIA, Alex
