Hi All, I am trying to setup a demo otrs in my system. My OS is Ubuntu and have installed perl,postgresql & Apache web server. I didn't find any article explaining the otrs setup in Ubuntu, specifically on 'how to configure apache web server' for the same. Waiting for your replies. Regards, Ann
