[otrs] iPhoneHandle with FastCGI and nginx

Hello, We are using OTRS 3.0.11 set up with FastCGI + nginx. Right now, we want to install iPhoneHandle for iPhone application, but json.pm is only run using ordinary CGI. Is there a FastCGI version of json.pm or is there any other way to lauch iPhoneHandle with nginx? Thank you!
