Under my login I have “MY QUEUES” and I have a blinking “LEE(1)” queue.  This obviously means I have 1 ticket in that queue.  How do I prevent the blinking as that is killing my focus.  No other queues next to “LEE(1)” are blinking and those queues also have tickets in them.
