Hi Daniel, 1 MB sounds like a problem with the default binary size in mysql - is 'max_allowed_packet' set to '1M' in my.cnf? Otherwise have a look at the 'Core:Web:WebMaxFileUpload'-OTRS-parameter. Regards, Frank

Is there a way to set the maximum size of the file that I want to attach to an OTRS ticket? As far as I can see I can not send attachments larger than 1 MB
