It finds the message each time, and says 'Ticket Created' just as it would
for a normal new message.. The only difference is that when I run it from
the command line, it always finds those messages and creates a ticket for
each one. In fact, it's doing it right now:
bash-2.05b$ ./PostMasterPOP3.pl
message 1/1 (abuseotrs@mail.addresschanged.ca)
New Ticket created!
TicketNumber: 2003031110000806
TicketID: 2992
Priority: normal
State: new
CustomerID: user1@addresschanged.ca
From: "April"
Having a problem with OTRS not removing messages from the POP server. When importing messages from the POP server, it sees them as new each time and creates a new ticket in the queue. Has anyone run into this before? I'm running 1.0.2 now but it also happened on RC2. Let me know if you need more details.
What is the output if the otrs user is executing bin/PostMasterPOP3.pl in a command shell?
