Yeah. Parsing mail headers won't give him a reliable indicator of the source IP he'd need for that, and If you had a static IP address, there's already a way to handle those. If dhcp, I don't see how that's necessarily going to help, and if it's static, (IMO), This can be stored with the Customer information as an additional field.
