Vincente, The logo is called logo-otrs.pdf and is located in the /var folder. To make it easier, keep the same name once you create your own logo. Also, take a look at /Kernel/System/PDF.pm which calls this image. There are other params there but I haven't really looked at them. HTH. ===========================================

i am going on testing otrs, is there any way to change the pdf output? I mean create my own pdf with company logo and change the pdf layout.
