Have you enabled Customer/Company in Config.pm CustomerCompanySupport => 1, The Default.pm file has some documentaion which should help. -LQ Ps - I assume that the bugzilla accepts new feature requests?

I would be nice if there was a way to select members for a company within the company detail screen... Likewise, it would be nice if there were a dropdown or similar selection within the user detail - to ensure that the spelling and therefore the association between users and companies is corret.

After that you have created a company and decided what id it has, then creating a user, you should use that id too, there should be a field like company id...
