
Hi , How can one incorporate different languages into OTRS , for example , a customer sends a mail in french , the agent then translates from French>English , responds to the ticket and then translates back English>French.I read somewhere in the list about using 3rd party language tools , but think that was more geared towards the Spellchecker.
