Hi I am facing problem in creating customer groups. OTRS gives me a Warning: Sorry, feature not activ! Comment: CustomerGroupSupport needs to be activ in Kernel/Config.pm, read more about this feature in the documentation. Take care! Can anyone help me in activating this feature?
