My bad, it looks like the <a href="http://otrs.ArticleStorageSwitch.pl">otrs.ArticleStorageSwitch.pl</a> did move the articles out of the &#39;article_plain&#39; table, but the actual &#39;article&#39; table still contains a plaintext copy of the message eating up a fair chunk of database space.<br>

Anyone know what is safe to clean (read delete) out of the database after switching OTRS (3.0.11) over to ArticleStorageFS? or if there is something you can run to magically get rid of the redundant articles eating up space in the database?<br>
