If you've a lot of changes, why not use a generic agent?

is it possible to enable a drop-down in the AgentTicketZoom for status changes as it is available for queue changes? I need this for admin agents for changing the status of many tickets. Adding a notice every time is inefficient. Any ideas or soultions?
