Hi there,<br><br>Does your user have permission under the stats group? If you don&#39;t have this group, probably you should install something first.<br><br>If I remeber well, stats show up once you install ITSM packages. You can get them from <a href="http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/itsm/packages13">http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/itsm/packages13</a><br>
