As near as I can tell, the value ³$QData{"Subject"}², which is being passed to the HTML document by the template OCustomerTicketZoom.dtl¹, is blank when, in fact, it should have the same value as the Subject shown at the beginning of the ticket.
Can anyone tell me why this value would be blank?
For other people having the same needs, the subject is not in $QData{"Subject"} but in $QData{"Title"}. Cheers, -- Sebastien Bourgasser
