Auto-answer (auto response) is the message which will be generated if a customer sends or creates a message or ticket. So the customer will get a auto-answer (auto response). -=> A new Ticket is created... thank your for your follow up... This text (and the quoted text) can be changed in the admin-interface -> Auto Responses. But maybe you want to change the quote-format of std.-responses on composing an answer to a customer. Add the following config option to your Kernel/Config.pm [...] # ms_style $Self->{ResponseFormat} = '$Data{"Salutation"} $Data{"StdResponse"} $Data{"OrigFrom"} $Text{"wrote"}: $Data{"Body"} $Data{"Signature"} '; [...] I hope that is what you are looking for.
