Hi list, Is it possible to define in OTRS more than one ldap server to prevent server off-line ? I try to put a perl array in config.pm file for ldap host but this doesn't work correctly. If the first element of the array doesn't respond, OTRS say: can't connect to first element host and don't try to connect to the second ! Do you have a solution ?
