Hi Yuan,
Admin -> Postmaster Mail Account -> Select your account -> Under "Type" select "POP3S". That final "S" means SSL.
Other than that, look at the logs on your pop3 server to see if you can identify the problem there.

Subject: [otrs] Error Fetch Email
Hi
Finally I got otrs installed successfully.
But I get error from cron :
ERROR: OTRS-PostMasterMailbox.pl-10 Perl: 5.10.0 OS: linux Time: Tue Dec 14 16:20:02 2010
Message: POP3: Auth for user support/mail2.investor.co.id failed!
Traceback (6240):
Module: Kernel::System::MailAccount:OP3::Fetch (v1.8) Line: 128
Module: Kernel::System::MailAccount::MailAccountFetch (v1.16) Line: 386
Module: main::Fetch (v1.3) Line: 180
Module: /opt/otrs/bin/otrs.PostMasterMailbox.pl (v1.3) Line: 93
I am very sure that I put username and password correctly.
I test check email using default webmail, it works, why otrs failed to fetch email?
what other settings should I check?
My POP3 email require SSL with port no. 995
is this problems? OTRS check pop3 using 110? where to check and change it?
Yuan
