Dear Mr Shanker,
You can probably do this by creating a postmaster filter and/or a
ticket event module; this would require writing Perl.
Can I ask for the use case you have for this?
Someone sends in an email: "See the screenshot"... and then you just
scrubbed the attachments! It does not sound very useful to me...

Hi, I want to remove attachments from emails sent to our mailbox,which in turn create tickets in otrs....is there any config setting.Please help.
