Thanks a lot folks for the answers!<br><br>Having a separate mailbox is a good way, but I thought there could a way to &quot;hack&quot; PostmasterPOP3.pl so that it could just leave any mail received there.<br><br>Has anyone got to do that?

OTRS is fetching mails only from first one. At the same time all emails coming 
to main account are forwarded [and not deleted]&nbsp;to the second one to have a
