Hi, We've just started using OTRS - great bit of software thanks. Sometimes it is necessary for us to add a note to a ticket before assigning it to a support person's queue. Is there any way there could be an icon (or something) appear at the top of the ticket to say that there is a note with it. This would make life a lot easier than having to check the history of every new ticket.
