Hey Everyone,

I have a quick question. I want to have the Queueview sorted by last reply of the ticket, not the original ticket age. I ran a SQL statement of SELECT * FROM ticket st ORDER BY change_time desc and it brought up the results ordered how I want them to be. How do I implement this into OTRS for the default queue view? I am somewhat familiar with PERL so just a step in the right direction would be helpful!
