Hi All, When a ticket gets assigned to a certain agent, that agent gets 2 notifications via email; 1. AddNote (with comments that the supervisor gave assigning the ticket to the agent) 2. OwnerUpdate (with notification that that agent became the new owner of this ticket) How can i disable the AddNote notification? Im running on OTRS 2.3.4 (ubuntu) Thanks! Derk
