Yes, in the demo-system I can see and open the attachments. In my system the Cc.: and Attachement: are not shown.
Is a attachment shown (on your system) if you use the test email 3? 'cat /opt/OpenTRS/doc/test-email-3.box | /opt/OpenTRS/bin/PostMaster.pl' One more question. If you click on "(plain)" (on your system), do you see the plain email (with all headers)?
