[otrs] Question !

Hi, I just installed the last version of OTRS and I want to set it up for receiving the request from clients, but I have a question. I need to receive the emails from clients which they send to an specific email address like support@companydomain.com and then I need to receive them in OTRS system how can I have this opportunity ? by the way I want to know if it's possible or not? many thanks Regards -- .: Sharareh :.
