[otrs] Cutomerid not showing all customers

I have a OTRS 1.1.0 and moved it to OTRS 2.0.2 with all the database schema changes sqls etc.(1.0->1.1->1.2->1.3->2.0) All seems to be fine. But one of the thing is now the customerid is not displaying all the customers as were in old OTRS!? Can someone please point it where i went wrong or some tweak?? TIA Yash
