Thank you for your continual hard work on this system. In using the latest CVS 1.3.x, I started thinking it would be nice to either rename "PhoneView" to New Phone Call (or something) or combine the buttons with similar "new" functionality - the PhoneView and Compose Email. Of course, you can get used to this, but it seems a bit illogical to have the Phone one named PhoneView, and have it NOT act like QueueView but rather like Compose Email. Would it not be possible for the developers to : * rename PhoneView? * combine the buttons with "new" functionality into one "New" button, with a way to switch between the sub views of phone vs ticket within? Anyway, I don't know the inner workings so it is hard for me to say anything, but I imagine others may be a little confused by this default functionality from the beginning.
