There isn’t a similar notification in Notification list. There
are only:
Agent::NewTicket
Agent::FollowUp
Agent::LockTimeout
Agent::OwnerUpdate
Agent::ResponsibleUpdate
Agent::AddNote
Agent::Move
Agent::PendingReminder
Agent::Escalation
Agent::EscalationNotifyBefore
If I had to create it how can I enable it? It isn’t a
default notification…
