How can I use the WorkingTime()for a specific ticket?

Hi Nils!
I actually just made a copy of the StateAction.pm file, just to
see if a dropdown list would appear in the Static-File option once I selected
the radio button.
And now is worst because the Static-File option is no longer
available, it just disappeared.
Any clue why that could’ve happened.
