Dec 1st is the target date for OTRS 3.0. We are very grateful for all testing / bug reports (bugzilla, please).

What is the target date for ITSM 2.x on OTRS 3.0 OTRS 3.0 looks interesting but without the ITSM on top there isn't much we can contribute to the testing... Best Regards, Hans Petter
