Hello: I want to modify the display (color, blink status, etc) of a ticket queue and its internal (zoom) information based not only on age but also on queue (ie queue-age key-value pair). I have seen where I can start modifying the code to do this but want to be sure of a few things first. If I am re-inventing the wheel on this one, please let me know.... Also is there any one else out there with this interest or who has put any work or thought into it? One concern I have is that If I change the base code too much, I may make it difficult for us to upgrade to new releases and keep the functionality I introduce.
