Is it possible to use the "Utilities" to search for tickets by history? I would like to see all tickets with the history entry "Customer sent new ticket via web". That way I can find out who is using the web interface vs email. If not available, this might be a nice feature to add to OTRS. Thanks, Tyler Hepworth
