All, I am trying to perform the "AuthSyncModule::LDAP::UserSyncAttributeGroupsDefinition" but I have a problem when the name of a group is not in English but in local (Greek) characters. Any ideas on how to define it? The one below is working: # otrs group 'Loipa' => { # permission rw => 0, ro => 1, }, But if I want to substitute the "Loipa" with the Greek relevant work (which is actually the name of the Group specified) it doesn't work. Any help much appreciated.
