Hi everyone. Can anyone give me some advice? I have a OTRS 2.4.3 instalation running in Open SUSE and is working ok. But in a new instalation using Centos, I have the following error: ERROR: OTRS-CGI-10 Perl: 5.8.8 OS: linux Time: Tue Nov 3 11:23:57 2009 Message: Can't connect to smtp.gmail.com: ! Traceback (4398): Module: Kernel::System::Email::SMTPS::Send (v1.2) Line: 92 Module: Kernel::System::Email::Send (v1.64) Line: 683 Module: Kernel::System::Ticket::Article::ArticleSend (v1.232) Line: 2024 Module: Kernel::Modules::AgentTicketCompose::Run (v1.81.2.1) Line: 416 Module: Kernel::System::Web::InterfaceAgent::Run (v1.43.2.1) Line: 819 Module: /opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/index.pl (v1.88) Line: 48 I tested the connection using telnet smtp.gmail.com 465 and worked ok, I can connect. I really dont know´what is the problem. Help is welcome? Gustavo.
