Hello. Create various E-mail address via Admin->under the System column, click 'Email Address'. There you'd associate them with an existing queue. When addresses are entered here, they will show up in the drop-down box under Admin ->Queue & Responses -> Queues. There you'd select the E-mail address from the list for the queue you want to associate it with. Then, you may want to test notifications for queues as well as auto-responses and agen responses and then make the necessary adjustments as needed. I'm entering the testing phase to confirm what effects the queue selection in E-mail addresses has vs. selecting the E-mail address in Queues. HTH
