I have found the solution:

my $dynamicField = $dynamicFieldObject->DynamicFieldGet(Name =>
'ZabbixEventID');

$dynamicFieldValueObject->ValueSet(
    FieldID  => $dynamicField->{ID},
    ObjectID => $ticketID,
    Value    => [{
        ValueText => $eventID,
    }],
    UserID   => 1,
);

I have a dynamic field called ZabbixEventID. When I create the ticket
