btw, my system is FreeBSD-4.4 with BSD mail installed. Just now when Im browsing otrs
directory, I saw a .mailrc in the directory. Is it possible to put both .mailrc and
.procmailrc in the same directory?
When the otrs ticket request form is filled-up and submitted, no error occurs.
* OTRS email is otrs@localhost
When i check the otrs system, no queue appeared.
When i checked the /var/mail/otrs, there I see the report which I have submitted via the form.
1. Is it because procmail is not working?
2. Where should otrs email be? (/usr/home/otrs or /var/mail/otrs)
3. I have already installed procmail... how do i start it or tell it to read otrs email in /var/mail/otrs?
