In the last 9 month we developed some (small) applications with
the goal
to replace large parts (e.g. open and close a
ticket for customers and
agents) of the otrs web
frontend.
With great success. Our customers love the new
native frontend :)
Now we are porting otrsm to Linux and
Mac OSX.
But, most of the new features are part of otrsm 0.7 :)
Version 0.6 will be released 2009/09.

0.7.0 N/A Feature request Support Linux open and the planning is:
Planning
Version 0.6.0 of ((OTRS-Manager))
- will presumably be released on 24.11.2008 ,
- is 95% completed (Updated 09.11.2008) and
- is completely implemented.
