Hi All,

 

I’m having trouble with attachments.

 

When I attach something to a ticket from the agent interface it sometimes is corrupted.

PDFs will open and error with various problems.

 

Customer attachments seem to be fine.

 

Both the agent and customer attachments have been set to store in the FS via...

 

Core::Ticket::StorageModule

and

Core::Web::WebUploadCacheModule

 

OTRS 2.0.4 on windows
