J: I have done this before and yes, mod_perl does cause problems.
In CGI mode it worked fine, but mod_perl is assigning system memory to OTRS statically, which means your multiple OTRS builds with mod_perl will have memory contention.

The system ID should have to be different, but mod_perl could give problems? Could anybody who has already done this give me any clue?
