The "IRM" system is pretty good, and easy to extend. The official site seems to be having some trouble, but here's a site which has mirrors and references: http://directory.fsf.org/productivity/special/irm.html James Austin wrote:

IRM 1.5.5 ? ( http://www.stackworks.net/view.php/irm/ ) 2.0 requires PostgreSQL . A little surgery to carve out it's trouble ticket system would be in order. I think an asset management tool would make a good module for OTRS.
