Hi list

When a requests enters OTRS through pop3 i can't put the ticket in open status,.....
I can only do so when change ownership, then it turns automatically into open status,....
But when changing ownership (to myself) I need to fill in this form with a subject, body etc, ....

It would be nice if I just had an "OPEN" option for a ticket when I zoom it.
The only options I have now are:

Back  -  Unlock  -  History  -  Print  -  Priority  -  Free Fields  -  Link  -  Owner  -  Customer  -  Note  -  Merge  -  Pending  -  Close  -  Delete


Can someone help me out, or point me in the right direction please?
