Hello; My team would like me translate OTRS not into another language, but just tweak words to be more like our old system. For instance, they want "Lock" and "Unlock" to be "Take" and "Untake". I've modified Config.pm to have $Self->{Translation}->{'Lock'} = 'Take' -- this seems to have not had any effect. Is there anything else that I need to do for individual translations NOT from one language to another? Martin Edenhofer wrote:
