Hello, I am trying to make use of PostmasterFollowUpSearchInReferences functionality. I have set it from GUI and in Config.pm and yet I still have email replies with no TicketID that create a new ticket. Did anyone face a similar problem before? Is there any other config setting that should be checked for this to work? Thanks. Regards, Tony
