
Hi We have started using OTRS as our support system. It works quite well. Thanks. However, I have few questions: 1. Is it possible to delete a queue? I created some I do not need. 2. Can users change (i.e. support people) change their email. It does not seem possible in the preferences area. 3. I got quite lot of Perl errors. I reported two as error #681 and #682. 4. We would really like that the queues could be viewed similarly to how to view issues on a mailing list. Does that make sense? Is that something you have considered? For instance I as a manager would like to follow what my employees are doing. I know you can do a search but it is not convenient browsing. 5. [My queues] in the preference section is not intuitive. Say you have Que1 Que2 Que3 and you want to added Que1 and Que3. How do you do that?
